Global Stream Atlas Privacy Notice
This notice explains what data Global Stream Atlas collects, how it is used, and how subscription, account, and stream-related information is handled by Atlasiant Tech Startup and its service providers.
1. What this notice covers
This Privacy Notice applies to your use of Global Stream Atlas, including account registration, free preview usage, Global Stream Pro subscriptions, support communications, and related website activity.
2. Information we collect
- Account information, such as your name, email address, password hash, role, account status, and related login metadata.
- Subscription and billing metadata, such as Paddle customer IDs, subscription IDs, subscription status, renewal state, and related billing events.
- Product usage information, such as preview usage counters, lifecycle events, stream access state, and account-level feature access decisions.
- Visitor and device-related data, such as first-party visitor identifiers, cookies, IP-address-derived technical logs, browser information, and security or abuse-prevention signals.
- Communications data, such as invite emails, security emails, support messages, and administrative audit records.
3. How we use information
- To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and secure the platform.
- To enforce free preview limits, premium access, account moderation, and product entitlements.
- To process and administer subscriptions, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds or billing adjustments.
- To send transactional messages such as invites, account notices, and billing-related communications.
- To monitor product health, prevent fraud or abuse, investigate incidents, and improve the service.
4. Payments and subscription providers
Subscription checkout, billing, tax handling, and certain customer billing communications may be handled by Paddle as merchant of record. We do not need to store full payment card details in order to provide the subscription experience.
We may store Paddle identifiers and subscription state in our systems so we can provision access, manage entitlements, and support customer accounts.
5. Cookies, identifiers, and analytics
We use first-party cookies and similar identifiers to keep sessions working, maintain visitor state, connect preview usage to accounts, and support security and product functionality.
We may also use analytics and tag-management tooling to understand product usage, traffic flows, and subscription-related conversion behavior, but optional analytics is enabled only after browser-level consent through our cookie banner.
6. Sharing of information
- Infrastructure and hosting providers used to run the website or APIs.
- Payment and subscription providers, including Paddle, for billing and customer management.
- Authentication, email, analytics, logging, or security vendors used to operate the product.
- Regulators, courts, law enforcement, or counterparties where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Certain billing, audit, and subscription records may be retained longer where required for tax, accounting, fraud, or compliance reasons.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection in relation to certain personal data.
You may also manage your subscription through the billing portal and manage certain account information directly through your product settings.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data, including authenticated access controls, password hashing, administrative auditing, and operational monitoring.
No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted protection against every threat.
10. International transfers
Because the service may rely on providers in multiple countries, your information may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or lawful transfer mechanisms.
11. Children
Global Stream Atlas is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to use the service under applicable law. If you believe personal data was provided by a child inappropriately, contact us so we can review and act.
