Refund Policy
Global Stream Atlas Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests are handled for Global Stream Pro subscriptions purchased through Paddle and how cancellations affect future billing.
1. Subscription model
Global Stream Pro is currently sold as a recurring monthly subscription. Access is provisioned shortly after purchase or confirmed billing synchronization, and your subscription renews automatically until canceled.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription through the billing portal available from your account settings or through Paddle billing communications where available.
Unless otherwise stated at the point of cancellation or required by law, cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access generally remains active until the end of the current billing period.
3. General refund approach
Because Global Stream Pro is a digital subscription with access granted shortly after purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise approved by Atlasiant Tech Startup or Paddle.
Refund requests may be considered in good faith for situations such as duplicate charges, clear technical failures, fraudulent transactions, or other exceptional billing problems.
4. How refunds are processed
Where Paddle is merchant of record, approved refunds or billing adjustments may be processed through Paddle. Paddle may require review or approval of live-account refunds depending on the transaction and account status.
Any approved refund is generally returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
5. Cases we may review
- Accidental duplicate purchase or duplicate renewal charges.
- A subscription charge that continued after a confirmed cancellation error attributable to the service or billing flow.
- Technical issues that prevented meaningful access to the paid service and could not be resolved in a reasonable period.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized charges, subject to verification and applicable billing procedures.
6. Cases typically not refundable
- Partial use of a billing period where access was successfully provided.
- Change of mind after purchase, except where mandatory consumer rights apply.
- Issues caused by third-party device limitations, unsupported environments, or conditions outside our reasonable control after access was otherwise provisioned.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund review, contact info@atlasiant.com and include the email address used for the purchase, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
If Paddle provides a direct customer-facing billing support path for the transaction, we may also direct you to Paddle for certain payment-specific requests.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If local law gives you specific cancellation or refund rights, those rights continue to apply.
