Terms of Service
Global Stream Atlas Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Global Stream Atlas, including free preview access, Global Stream Pro monthly subscriptions, and your account with Atlasiant Tech Startup.
1. Agreement and operator
Global Stream Atlas is operated by Atlasiant Tech Startup. By accessing or using the service, creating an account, or purchasing Global Stream Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service or subscribe to the paid plan.
2. Service description
Global Stream Atlas provides access to a curated live-streaming and news intelligence product. Features may include live channels, stream playback, feeds, dashboards, account management, and subscription-gated product features.
Some channels and sources are provided by third parties. Availability, quality, or channel lineup may change over time without notice.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- We may require password rotation, account verification, or other security steps for operational or abuse-prevention reasons.
- We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where accounts are abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise violate these terms.
4. Free preview and paid subscription
The free version of the service may include a limited preview experience. At the time of this update, free stream playback is limited to five minutes per UTC day per visitor or linked account.
Global Stream Pro is currently offered as a recurring monthly subscription priced at €4.99 per month unless otherwise shown at checkout.
- Paid access unlocks subscription-gated stream playback and related premium product functionality.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Billing, tax handling, and subscription checkout are processed through Paddle as merchant of record for applicable transactions.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal made available from your account settings or through Paddle communications where applicable.
5. Billing and cancellation
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize the recurring charge shown at checkout. Fees, taxes, and billing descriptors may be handled by Paddle as part of the merchant-of-record transaction flow.
If you cancel, your subscription will generally remain active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation or required by law.
6. Acceptable use
- You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or bulk-extract restricted content, or use the product in a way that harms the platform or other users.
- You may not resell, rebroadcast, unlawfully redistribute, or exploit the service or access tokens outside the intended user-facing product experience.
- You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
7. Suspension, termination, and moderation
We may suspend, ban, delete, or otherwise restrict accounts for security, payment, abuse, legal, operational, or policy reasons. Some actions may be immediate where we believe fast action is necessary.
If an account is suspended or banned, access to stream playback and subscription-gated features may be removed while the restriction remains in effect.
8. Third-party services
The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, authentication, communications, payments, and stream delivery. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy notices.
Without limiting the above, payments and subscription handling may involve Paddle, and some sign-in flows may involve third-party identity providers such as Google.
9. Disclaimers and availability
The service is provided on an as-available and as-provided basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or uninterrupted access to any specific stream, region, feature, or feed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlasiant Tech Startup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us, or to Paddle as merchant of record on our behalf, for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service, pricing, channel lineup, product features, and these terms from time to time. Material changes may be posted in the product or otherwise communicated to users.
Your continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
