Terms of Service
These terms govern the current public GS Atlas software service. No paid subscription or checkout is currently offered.
1. The service
GS Atlas is an independent software interface for discovering public web channels and contextual public information. It does not own or sell the third-party broadcasts, articles, or feeds linked through the product.
2. Current access
Available product features are currently provided without a paid subscription, daily preview limit, or billing commitment. Future paid services will require updated terms and an explicit checkout flow before any charge can occur.
3. Source availability
Third-party sources may change, become unavailable, impose geographic restrictions, or prohibit embedding. GS Atlas may remove or replace a source and does not guarantee continuous availability.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse proxy or API capacity.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or source restrictions.
- Do not use the product to redistribute third-party media without permission.
5. Accounts and privacy
You are responsible for account credentials. Account and analytics data are handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
